The surrounding area at Lengkok Burma near Pulau Tikus, Penang was serene after a brief downpour.
Suddenly, the rustling of leaves above revealed the presence of a dusky leaf monkey. Its habitat could have been destroyed and may have strayed from its troop due to scarcity of food. It was adorable at first and appeared docile.
So innocent and deep in thought!!
Then, it started monkeying around and became the mischievous monkey it was meant to be.
I think it is time for the wildlife department to find him a safer and better home.
